Those paying full priced fees also aid in making services more accessible to those who normally would not have access to similar treatment.

You will be responsible for the cancellation fee if the cancellation is less than 24 hours from the start of the appointment (i.e., Tuesday appointment at 9 AM must be cancelled / time-stamped before Monday at 9 AM) to avoid the cancellation fee. No-shows (arrival more than 15 minutes late) and late cancellations are charged a $75 fee to the card on file. These fees are not billable to insurance.
